Matthew 28:6–8

He is not here; for He is risen, fas He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly and tell His disciples that He is risen from the dead, and indeed gHe is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you.”

So they went out quickly from the tomb with fear and great joy, and ran to bring His disciples word.

Matthew 28:6–8 — The New International Version (NIV)

He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.”

So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples.

The women ran quickly from the tomb. They were very frightened but also filled with great joy, and they rushed to give the disciples the angel’s message.

The women left the tomb quickly. They were afraid, but they were also very happy. They ran to tell Jesus’ followers what had happened.
